**1. Processing Time:**
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

**2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:**
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. The standard shipping is between 1-2 weeks. 

**3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking:**
Once your order is shipped, please refer to the original email sent to you when you made the purchase. In that email, you can click on "View Your Order" to track the status of your shipment. If you can't find the email, please check your inbox, including spam or junk folders.

**4. Shipping Destinations:**
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

**5. Customs and Import Taxes:**
International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

**6. Lost or Damaged Shipments:**
[Adify company ] is not responsible for any lost or damaged shipments. However, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier in the event of a lost or damaged shipment. Please contact us immediately if your order arrives damaged.

**7. Delivery Delays:**
Occasionally, delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. [Adify ] is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier or by customs clearance processes.
